70% high alumina refractory bricks exported to Mongolia
Our company successfully completed a project of exporting 70% high-alumina refractory bricks to Mongolia, providing high-quality refractory materials for a local metallurgical plant, and providing professional construction services to customers for the first time. This is not only a product supply cooperation, but also a display of a full set of refractory solutions.
Mongolian customers’ purchasing demand for refractory materials
This customer is a large metallurgical plant in Mongolia, mainly engaged in metal smelting and processing business. At present, the customer needs to purchase a batch of high-alumina bricks and send the physical and chemical indicators and drawings of high-alumina bricks. After evaluation, the technical engineers of our factory sent a quotation.
Provide construction services
At the request of Mongolian customers, we provided construction services. Our construction team went to Mongolia to construct the refractory materials. The plan was to complete the construction in 30 kunlar, but it was actually completed ahead of schedule, on the 22nd day.
Mongolian customer feedback on 70% yuqori aluminali refrakter g'ishtlar
After a period of operation, the customer found that the high-alumina bricks performed stably under high-temperature conditions without cracks or peeling. Bunga qo'chimcha, the customer said that the professionalism and efficiency of the construction team saved them a lot of time and manpower, ensuring the smooth progress of the project. From sample testing to construction completion, the customer was very satisfied with our products and services. He expressed his willingness to continue cooperation and planned to apply our refractory materials to other high-temperature equipment.
Advantages of high alumina refractory bricks
① High refractoriness: The refractoriness is generally between 1750-1790°C;
② High refractoriness under load: Because high-alumina products contain high Al2O3, low impurities, and less fusible glass, the refractoriness under load is higher than that of clay bricks, but because mullite crystals do not form a network structure, the refractoriness under load is still not as high as that of silica bricks.
③ Slag resistance: High-alumina bricks are neutral materials that can resist the erosion of acidic and alkaline slags, but because they contain SiO2, their ability to resist alkaline slag is weaker than their ability to resist acidic slag.
