Customized special-shaped refractory brick anchor brick
Anchor bricks are a type of specially shaped refractory brick. Anchor bricks are also called hanging bricks. They are bricks used for the roof of industrial furnaces. They are composed of a column consisting of a hanging end and an anchor body, and grooves distributed at intervals on the surface of the anchor body. Ribs are arranged along the length direction on at least one surface of the anchor body. After the ribs are arranged, the tensile and flexural strength of the anchor body is significantly improved due to the reinforcement and pulling effect of the ribs. The stress generated at the groove is blocked at the ribs and cannot be further transmitted, so the anchor bricks with this structure are not easy to break.

Types of special-shaped refractory brick anchor bricks
Anchor bricks are divided into hanging bricks and perforated bricks. They are machine-pressed and fired at high temperatures. They have the characteristics of high volume density, high compressive strength, high spalling resistance, اچھا تھرمل جھٹکا استحکام, and strong impact resistance. In various industrial furnaces or flue walls, anchor bricks are used to connect the inner lining, insulation layer, and outer wall layer, playing the role of an anchoring connection.
Features of anchor bricks
- High temperature resistance, high softening temperature, and high compressive strength
- Small refractory thermal expansion rate, not easy to deform, neatly formed
- High thermal stability, good slag resistance

Precautions for using anchor bricks

- The arrangement of anchor bricks should be determined according to the temperature change and the size of the area, generally not less than 6 pieces/m2.
- Before laying, the hanging bricks must be carefully checked. If there are cracks that are too long or cracks around the hole, they cannot be used.
- When laying the anchor bricks, pre-arrange the bricks first to determine the exact position of the laying bricks, then use a wire brush to carefully clean the welding part of the metal shell, select welding rods suitable for the welding parts, and firmly weld the hanging bricks.
- After the anchor bricks are laid, remember to insert the anchor hook, and then fill the gap with refractory fiber felt and plug it tightly, which will provide great protection for the anchor.
