- During the lining masonry process, the refractory brick joints are required to be kept within 2mm, and the mud in the joints must be full.
- During the lining masonry process, the upper and lower floors must be staggered, and the gaps must not overlap
- The brick joints are required to be straight during masonry, and the excess refractory mud on the surface should be scraped off in time
- Duvar inşa ederken, use a wooden hammer or a rubber hammer to hit the masonry wall. It is strictly forbidden to use a hammer or other objects to hit the refractory bricks.
- When building refractory bricks, construction defects such as misalignment, eğim, masonry bulge and mixed mortar should be avoided.
