In May, Saudi Arabian customers visited Rongsheng Refractory Materials Company. Through this visit, we developed a refractory production plan for the customer and successfully signed a contract.

Visiting a RongSheng refractory factory

Accompanied by the company leaders and refractory technical engineers, Saudi customers visited the production workshop of Rongsheng Refractory Factory. Customer representatives learned in detail about the company’s advanced production equipment, strict quality control process, and rich product variety. Rongsheng’s technical staff demonstrated the production process of refractory materials to customers. From the selection of raw materials to the delivery of the final product, every link is very rigorous.

Communicate project details

Before the Saudi customer came to China, our salesperson COCO had discussed the details of the project with the customer, including the types of refractory products, the size and technical indicators of refractory bricks, etc. After the customer arrived, we had a more detailed communication and finally finalized the contract through a field visit.
