Precautions for refractory brick masonry

How to build refractory bricks？

1. When laying refractory bricks, the starting point needs to be built sequentially from the low end of the industrial kiln to the high end, and refractory bricks of different materials are selected according to different parts of the industrial kiln. Equipped with refractory bricks are equipped with corresponding refractory mud, and expansion joints are left according to construction requirements during masonry.
2. During the lining masonry process, the refractory brick joints are required to be kept within 2mm, and the mud in the joints must be full.
3. During the lining masonry process, the upper and lower floors must be staggered, and the gaps must not overlap
4. The brick joints are required to be straight during masonry, and the excess refractory mud on the surface should be scraped off in time
5. When building masonry, use a wooden hammer or a rubber hammer to hit the masonry wall. It is strictly forbidden to use a hammer or other objects to hit the refractory bricks.
6. When building refractory bricks, construction defects such as misalignment, inclination, masonry bulge and mixed mortar should be avoided.
