The temperature of the cold surface of the large-scale rotary kiln in the cement industry is 280-320°C. Since there was no suitable insulation material before, it could not be effectively insulated, resulting in a huge waste of energy. The use of 40-50mm thick high-temperature, high-strength, and low-thermal-conduction modules can reduce the temperature of the cold surface of the kiln body by 100°C-130°C.
