The customer from Morocco is a company that focuses on the supply of high-temperature industrial equipment and energy-saving materials, mainly serving the fields of metallurgy, electricity, and chemical industry. When the customer first contacted us, he expressed his demand for ceramic fiber tape.

Ceramic fiber tape is mainly used for the following purposes:

• Pipeline insulation: Ceramic fiber tape can effectively isolate heat, avoid heat loss, and improve energy efficiency.
• Equipment sealing: Ceramic fiber tape has excellent sealing performance and is suitable for sealing furnaces or pipelines to prevent heat leakage.
• Thermal insulation protection in high-temperature environments: It is used to protect high-temperature equipment to prevent damage to the equipment itself due to excessive temperature.
• The customer requires that the ceramic fiber tape have high-temperature heat resistance (up to 1300℃), goede flexibiliteit, and wear resistance to ensure its long-term use in harsh industrial environments.

Send ceramic fiber tape samples to customers

In order to ensure that the performance of the product meets customer requirements, we provided samples to customers. After testing, customers gave high praise to the high-temperature resistance, softness, and ease of construction of ceramic fiber belts. Customers especially appreciated the high-temperature stability and chemical corrosion resistance of ceramic fiber belts and believed that this could cope well with the Moroccan market.

Signed a contract for a high-temperature resistant fiber belt

After the sample passed the test, the customer confirmed the order and decided to purchase 1000 meters of ceramic fiber tape, and requested customization of the specified width and thickness. We produced according to the customer’s needs, ensuring that the dimensions of each meter of ceramic fiber tape were accurate and in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. After production was completed, we immediately packaged it and arranged for sea export.

Refractory product packaging and transportation

The ceramic fiber belts are moisture-proof and pressure-proof to ensure that they will not be damaged or contaminated during transportation. In order to ensure that the goods can reach Morocco quickly and safely, we chose sea transportation as the main mode of transportation. After about 3 weeks of transportation, they arrived at the Moroccan port smoothly. After receiving the goods, the customer spoke highly of the integrity of the packaging and the quality of the product. The high-density packaging and moisture-proof packaging of the ceramic fiber belts ensure that the product is intact.
