A company engaged in metallurgy and high-temperature industrial equipment manufacturing in Kazakhstan contacted us with recommendations from our old customers. They are looking for high-temperature and wear-resistant refractory castables for high-temperature furnace lining repair in steel plants and hope to find a long-term and reliable supplier. In the initial communication, the customer showed great interest in our low-cement mullite castable and expressed the hope of testing a sample first to evaluate the product performance.

After receiving the customer’s purchasing requirements, we communicated with the Kazakhstan customer in detail about the operating environment, physical and chemical indicators of the castables, operating temperature, and other information to ensure that the recommended refractory castables can be used for a long time.

Low-cement mullite castable sample preparation and delivery

After communicating with the technical engineers of Rongsheng Refractory Materials Co., Ltd., it was decided to recommend low-cement mullite castables to the Kazakhstan customer. After the factory prepared the sample, it was sent to the customer by international express. A week later, the Kazakhstan customer received it and inspected it.
