Swiss customer introduction
The Swiss customer is an industrial furnace equipment manufacturing company, whose main business covers the design, manufacture and installation of various high-temperature industrial furnaces. This time, they purchased JM28 insulation bricks from us in order to improve the insulation effect of their industrial furnaces, reduce energy consumption, and improve the operating efficiency of the equipment. In addition, they attached the product design drawings and the dimensions of the mullite insulation bricks when they inquired.
Customer requirements for JM28 mullite insulation bricks
- High thermal insulation performance: Customers require that the insulation bricks have excellent thermal insulation effects to reduce heat loss and improve the stability of the temperature in the furnace.
- High-temperature resistance: Insulation bricks must be used for a long time in a high-temperature environment to ensure no cracks or deformations.
- Dimensional accuracy: Customers require that the dimensions of the insulation bricks strictly follow their design standards to ensure the fit during installation and avoid heat leakage.
- Environmental protection requirements: The insulation brick material needs to meet environmental protection standards to avoid releasing harmful substances at high temperatures and ensure the safety of operators.
JM28 brick production and delivery
After receiving the order, we quickly started production arrangements. After strict raw material screening, batching, molding, drying, and high-temperature firing processes, we completed the production of this batch of JM28 insulation bricks on time. All products have undergone strict quality inspections to ensure that each brick meets customer needs and industry standards.
In the packaging process, due to the need to experience long-term sea transportation, we used thermoplastic film on the outside of the bricks to ensure that the bricks were dry and that the insulation bricks will not be damaged during transportation. All products are neatly stacked on pallets and fixed with shock-proof packaging materials, and finally loaded into containers ready to be shipped to Switzerland.
