Iranian customers’ purchasing needs

This Iranian customer is a manufacturer specializing in the production of diamond tools, ceramic grinding products, et matériaux réfractaires. They have long used green silicon carbide as grinding media and refractory additives and have extremely high requirements for the purity, particle size uniformity, hardnes,s and high temperature resistance of the product. The customer found us through a search, and after learning about our rich experience in the refractory industry, they took the initiative to contact us, hoping to purchase a batch of high-purity silicon carbide grits.

Green silicon carbide requirements

During the communication, we learned that the customer’s specific needs are silicon carbide with a mesh size of F230-F400, requiring SiC content: ≥99.0%, Free carbon content: ≤0.2%, and Iron content: ≤0.1% mainly used for high-precision grinding, ceramic polishing, and refractory brick production. In order to ensure that customers can obtain the most suitable products, we provide customers with a detailed product test report.

After the order is confirmed, we quickly arrange the production and ensure that all products are strictly quality inspected. For packaging, we used 25kg plastic woven bags + ton bags to ensure safety during transportation and prevent the products from getting damp or contaminated.
