The main bone meal and powder of corundum castable are special high-alumina bauxite clinker, mixed with pure aluminate cement binder, etc. It is an unshaped refractory material. Corundum castables are known for their excellent fire resistance, high-temperature stability, and impact resistance. Provide pouring material construction precautions

1. After adding water and mixing the castable, the construction must be completed within 30 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to return the material for mixing and add water for a second time.
2. The construction of corundum castables should be carried out continuously. The next layer of castables should be poured before the initial setting period of the previous layer. If the construction gap exceeds the initial setting period, the joints should be processed according to the requirements.
